Ten years. Wow. It feels like just yesterday I was diving headfirst into this incredible adventure of creating VIP Travel Experience, and honestly, I’m still pinching myself! When I started this journey, my biggest hope was to craft unforgettable trips. But what I didn't fully anticipate was how each of you, my wonderful clients, would help make my own dreams come true. You’ve shown me that my true calling isn't just planning travel, but in delighting others and creating moments that truly matter. And for that, my heart is brimming with gratitude.

I remember those early days, and some of you might chuckle with me. People would say, "Travel agents? Are they still a thing?" It’s a fair question, but it’s also a question that highlighted my deepest passion. You see, the "book a flight and send you on your way" kind of travel agent is largely a thing of the past. What we do at VIP Travel Experience is so much more. We’ve become your dedicated Travel Concierge. That means digging into the nitty-gritty details, yes, but it’s also about the elevated service: the insider restaurant recommendations, securing those coveted reservations, suggesting local experiences, and uncovering those little "hidden gem" moments that transform a good trip into an extraordinary one. Ultimately, it's about deeply understanding you,  your preferences, your passions, and matching them with the perfect destination and travel style. It’s a labor of love, and it’s a privilege to do it.

You know, our agency has been built entirely on relationships. It's the foundation of everything we do. I’m so deeply grateful for my coaches who guided me, my colleagues in the industry who collaborate and inspire, our trusted partners at our destinations, and most importantly, for each and every one of you. You’ve truly become our friends, our family.

I want to be clear: I didn’t arrive here alone. My brother, bless his heart, knew this was my calling even before I fully realized it. For over 30 years, I was already planning trips for friends and family, just for the fun of it! He saw it in me, and that belief was so instrumental.

And then there’s Justin, my son and partner. He joined me about nine years ago, initially just to help out while he was in college. But as we worked together, we discovered it was his calling too! He’s been an integral part of every single trip for the last nine years, sharing that same passion for creating magic.

I also owe a heartfelt thanks to my dear friends who were there in the early days, reminding me of my worth and expertise when I needed it most: Shannon Cunningham, Vanessa McGovern, Lisa Fletcher, Meredith, Jen Cochran, and Valentina Losavio. And to Melanie Boudreaux, Allison Braud, Julie Melancon, and Simone Henry. Thank you for believing in me so much that you referred everyone you knew in that crucial first year. Honestly, it’s not always as easy as it looks on Facebook! The first five years were a journey of building dreams, often working for free, pouring my heart and soul into building our reputation. It continues to be a work of the heart.
