Two weeks before departure - and during travel
There are vitamins and minerals that are known to boost your immune system to help fight off those little colds we all dread. They're also great for during travel. Magnesium is wonderful to helping you relax to sleep when you have to adjust to a new time zone and accomodations. Don't skimp on your water intake prior to and during travel! This is key. Staying hydrated can be a great defense against germs but also if you're going to be in the sun all day and perhaps drinking a cocktail or two water will help keep your vacation smooth sailing.
Before any covid test:
As of last week some countries have announced they are requiring proof of Covid vaccination instead of covid tests but there are also other countries that allow one or the other. Either way these tips will help keep you ahead of the game so you can feel your best for your upcoming vacation.
