Many countries have stayed closed while others are reopening and ready for tourists to return with lots of new travel restrictions and protocols. It has be a learning curve to say the least but we are *so ready *to get out traveling again as we are sure you are too. That's why we thought it would be a good idea to give you our top 10 destinations that have reopened to US citizens (as of November 23rd, 2020).
