Does that mean that I have to spend hours and hours searching the internet to tell you what I want to do? Absolutely not! We know many of the hotspot destinations but we are also seeking something deeper about the destination that speaks to and inspires you. Based on our first phone conversation we will ask you questions about past travels, things you enjoy, and all the details that will help us narrow down the millions of travel options to include while designing your custom vacation. Many times our travelers don’t really know where they want to go and we love the challenge of finding the perfect place so you can explore things you enjoy and perhaps a few places you may not have even considered.
Will I feel comfortable in a country that I don’t speak the language? I LOVE this question, this is what led to my career as travel advisor. My mission is to make the most of your vacation while helping you feel comfortable and completely prepared prior to departure. You pack, I plan and when you arrive, you are met with English speaking driver that delivers you to your luxury accommodation with English speaking guides—everything is planned out to your degree of comfort.
Does that mean that I will be on a strict schedule? Not at all. Based on our conversations we will determine your level of activity and structure your trip accordingly. There will always be as much free time planned in to your itinerary as you would like. Our day-by-day itinerary proposals with timings and locations allows you to see how much time is planned and how much free time is available.
What if I can’t find my guide or my plane is late? We are on call 24/7 while you are traveling. You will have our personal cell number (or directions on how to contact us when you are International) to call should you need us. Depending on the level of support you choose, the trip you choose may include on the ground partner in addition to our support.
What is advantage of using a travel advisor vs. booking online? When you hire a travel advisor, we work for YOU vs. a travel agent who works for a resort or online booking agency. An independent travel advisor hired by you will plan and book your trip, in addition to providing you with all the information you will need prior to departure. Not to mention we are available to answer any questions or provide any kind of support pre-, during, and post-travel using our direct email and no hold times.
